This is my favorite and a deliciously fragrant Thai green curry recipe really packs a flavour punch. I made this recipe for the whole family and friends , ready in 40 minutes!
1. In a large pan over high heat add cooking oil, pour the green paste, galangal, lime leaves and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
2. Add chicken and cook until turns white then chicken stock, coconut cream, mushrooms, fish sauce, salt, lime juice, coriander leaves, zucchini and bring to boil.
3. Remove from heat serve with plain rice. Share and Enjoy!
