Instructions
Place the avocado in a bowl and add the olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Mash with a fork or spoon to the desired consistency. It can be as chunky or smooth as you like. Then add feta cheese combine all together.
Spread on the toast then add smoked salmon, garnish with cherry tomato and spring onion.
